Join Dr. Nicole Butler for a workshop on managing stress ahead of the winter holidays. Whether you celebrate, Christmas, Kwanzaa, or New Year's, it can be stressful to manage expectations and prepare for large gatherings with friends and family. During this session, participants will learn stress management tips and coping strategies that can be used this holiday season.
This presentation will be presented virtually in partnership with the Weill Cornell Medicine Clinical and Translational Science Center through the center's Community Interactice Videoconferencing (CIVIC) program.
The departments of neurology and psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine will be partnering on a holiday stress workshop hosted by neurology's Hope for Stroke support group.
