In 2021, the Institute of Psychiatry launched a new seminar designed to probe the intersection between psychiatry and the arts. Taking the imagination as our inaugural theme, Director George Makari conducted a series of interviews with novelists, poets, and scholars on their insights into the creative process. The series has been an extraordinary success and will continue as a regular feature among the Institute of Psychiatry events.
