Weill Cornell’s Department of Psychiatry provides a number of fellowship opportunities for graduates of clinical psychology doctoral programs. Our fellowship programs aim to train the next generation of academic psychologists. To meet this objective, our fellowship training delivers specialty training in one of several areas of psychology. Areas of specialization include training in autism spectrum disorders, geriatric mood disorders, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, and developmental psychopathology. There is opportunity to develop expertise in CBT, DBT, and TFP. In addition, we offer training necessary for board certification in neuropsychology. The objectives of our fellowship programs range from training clinician scientists to training junior investigators who will develop into independently funded scientists.
