Secret Agent Society Social Skills Group
This is a great opportunity for children to improve their social skills and confidence through fun spy themed-games and activities, given that many have had limited opportunities to socialize with peers since the start of the pandemic.

Youth Nicotine Program
Youth Nicotine Program
The Youth Nicotine Program is a service led by expert Psychiatrists that specialize in addictive disorders, and caters to individuals 16 years and older. The services are office-based, and include counselling, psychotherapy (including cognitive behavioral therapy), medication management (nicotine replacement and combination therapy) and relapse prevention strategies.

Intensive Treatment Program for OCD and Anxiety
What is it?
The Intensive Treatment Program (ITP) provides a comprehensive intensive treatment experience consisting of up to ten hours a week of active treatment. The ITP addresses OCD as well as other non-OCD anxiety disorders, such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Separation Anxiety Disorder, Social Phobia, Selective Mutism, and specific phobias.
The goal of the program is to provide short-term intensive treatment to target symptoms using Cognitive Behavioral Treatment (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) treatment strategies.
Who's it for?
It is appropriate for a broad range of children and teens, ages 7–18 years, with moderately to severely impairing symptoms, and their families.
What does it provide?
Our program provides evaluation, psychoeducation, group therapy, individual sessions and parent sessions. Additionally, a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist with expertise in this area is available for consultations and medication changes as needed.

COVID-19 Survivor Support Group
Virtual Support Group for individuals who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and hospitalized for treatment. The group provides a supportive space for individuals to discuss, listen, learn, and build connection with one another. Facilitators will offer themes, information, and skills to assist group participants.

Parenting Support
The Psychiatry Specialty Center offers a range of services for youth, young adults, and families looking for mental health care. In addition to individual therapy and groups for children, adolescents, and young adults, the Specialty Center also has resources for parents who are seeking support in helping their child. This includes virtual individualized parenting services for parents interested in meeting one-on-one with an expert in parenting strategies. The Specialty Center also offers virtual group parenting services for parents who would like to learn effective parenting tools while connecting with other caregivers who are facing similar struggles. Individual and group options are available for parents of youth across the age spectrum and who may be struggling with a range of difficulties.
