Also contact Workforce Health and Safety (WHS) at 646-697-9470. This WHS hotline is available from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, 7 days a week. Please do not walk into WHS if you are not feeling well.
Virtual urgent care services are available to you and your family members for a $0 copay. NYP OnDemand offers virtual urgent care to visit with a board-certified, emergency medicine physician from Columbia or Weill Cornell Medicine. For employees with Aetna coverage, Aetna Teladoc offers virtual general medical care and behavioral health services. CVS will waive copays for all diagnostic testing related to COVID-19, early refill limits on 30-day prescriptions, and charges for home delivery of all prescription medications. For more information, call your local CVS pharmacy.
