Evaluate the effects of an individual treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder using D-cycloserine and Imaginal Exposure Therapy

18-70 years
Criteria:
Participants are English-speaking and were exposed to a traumatic event (i.e. the World Trade Center attacks, Hurricane Sandy)
Duration:
12 weekly individualized sessions, lasting from 1-3 hours

Evaluate imaginal exposure therapy delivered via telemedicine.

Are you a veteran who served in Iraq or Afghanistan?

Description:

Evaluate the effects of combined Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder treatments: D-cycloserine, Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy, and Imaginal Exposure Therapy

Criteria:
Participants are English-speaking, veterans of the Iraq or Afghanistan wars, diagnosed with PTSD symptoms, and in good health
Duration:
9 weekly individualized sessions, plus 3-month follow-up assessment
Compensation:
Up to $350, free treatment

Description:

Participate in a one to two-day pilot research study of learning in OEF-OIF veterans with mild to moderate TBI
